What AI would do in your business, on one specific process

We already have it at work for our clients: an agent that answers a holiday-rental company’s guests, a regulatory watch that writes itself, accounts you can read in real time. The AI & Automation Diagnostic tells you, in one meeting and five working days, what it would do for you.

Everyone is talking about AI

And no one tells you what it would do in your business, on your processes, or what it would cost.

One process eats your time every week

Emails to sort, quotes to write, documents to re-key: always the same moves, always by the same person.

Your data stays where you decide

You want the tool, without your client files landing with a vendor you have never heard of.

Who it is for

Owners of small and mid-sized businesses with at least one repetitive process in mind: incoming emails to handle, quotes to produce, documents to read and re-key, a watch to keep up. No AI knowledge needed: you bring your business, we bring the rest.

Who it is not for

Anyone who wants to “do AI” with no process in mind: there would be nothing to diagnose. Anyone looking for a training course: we do not run them. And anyone who could not name the process, because a whole flow is under water, from order to invoice: that is the Audit, not the Diagnostic.

The AI & Automation Diagnostic

One meeting, one report, five working days

01

The meeting, one to two hours

With you, on site or online, run by one of the two of us. We talk about your days: what annoys you, what you key in twice, what is waiting on you. The meeting is recorded and transcribed, with your agreement, so nothing gets lost.

02

Our answer, within two days

We re-read everything with one question in mind: is there something here that will save you time. If not, we write to tell you, with what we would advise anyway, and we invoice nothing.

03

The research

For each pain point, we look at what exists: a simple automation, an agent, off-the-shelf software, a custom tool. What it costs, what it means for your data, and what we have already built that compares.

04

The report and the debrief, on the fifth working day

We hand over the report in a meeting and read it together, option by option, so it does not end up in a drawer.

Price and deliverables

What you receive, and where to start

What you receive

A short report, with:

  • The three to five pain points we found, with their volume: how often each week, how long, who does it
  • For each one, the recommended solution, the estimated time saved and the assumption behind it
  • The cost, the timeline, and what it means for your data
  • Where to start: the quick win first
  • What we do not recommend, and why
Price and terms

The report is an opinion: it also recommends what we do not sell, and says what not to do. One price, for one or two processes, whatever the size of your organisation.

€1,190 excl. VAT deducted from the build quote

Invoiced when the report is sent, on the fifth working day. Deducted in full from any build quote signed within three months, with no minimum amount.

If, after our meeting, we see nothing that would save you time, we invoice nothing.

What comes next

Two possible follow-ups, when the Diagnostic calls for them

The managed agent

A custom agent for one specific process, run by us

Answering incoming requests, preparing a quote, sorting and qualifying emails: an agent built for your process, hosted and monitored by us, tuned every month. You manage nothing; you review what it escalates. It is what answers Beautiful Home’s guests.

Self-hosted, private AI

A ChatGPT-style interface, on private infrastructure

Your team uses AI every day without your documents leaving for a vendor. The interface runs on a dedicated server, ours or yours, connected to the models of your choice. As an option, we wire in your documents, so it answers with what you know.

We talk about it on the Discovery call

Do you have a process in mind?

A one-to-two-hour meeting, a costed report within five working days. And if we see nothing, we invoice nothing. The Discovery call itself is free.

Frequently asked questions

Before you book

No. You know your business, and that is what counts. We bring the rest: what AI can do today, what it cannot do, and what it costs.

Then we invoice nothing. You will hear it from us in writing within two days of the meeting, before we start the research, with what we would advise anyway. You sign the quote before the meeting; the invoice goes out with the report.

Sometimes. The report recommends what is right for you, including off-the-shelf software we do not sell. When the right answer is an automation or a custom tool, we cost it, and the Diagnostic is deducted from the build quote. If the right answer is off-the-shelf software, you will have paid €1,190 excl. VAT to know it, and that is the price of the advice. You remain free to take it to whoever you like.

The meeting is recorded and transcribed with your agreement, and only with it. The report goes to you and to no one else.

The Diagnostic looks at one or two processes you name, through the lens of AI and automation: one meeting, one report, €1,190 excl. VAT. The Audit looks at one whole flow, end to end, with the people who run it: five hours of workshops, a map of the flow, written procedures, three costed projects, €3,490 excl. VAT. If the Diagnostic shows the issue goes beyond the process we looked at, it counts as the Audit’s scoping and its price is deducted. If you are unsure, that is what the Discovery call is for.

No. We build tools and we teach your team to use them, until they no longer need us.

Yes. The meeting runs online wherever you are, we write the report in English, and the debrief is a video call.
