Hosting and maintenance for your tools
What we build, we keep running. The team that developed your tool is the one that monitors it and fixes it.
A free 30-minute call to look together at what takes up your time.
This is for you if one of these sounds familiar
Your business depends on a tool
The day it stops, part of the company stops with it.
The provider who built it has gone
Nobody really knows how it works, and you no longer dare touch it.
Small requests keep piling up
A field to add, an export to change, and nobody to deal with it.
We also take over tools built by others.
You have a team that knows your tool
- Your tool, hosted in France or the European Union, and monitored
We get an alert as soon as something goes wrong.
- Fixes and small improvements
They go through our ticketing tool, and you can see where each one stands.
- A regular review
We look together at what has been done and what comes next.
To go further, six months of ongoing support
Renewable, as long as there are things left to improve.

One to three processes delivered each month
Depending on the tier: Transformation, Propulsion or Full Power. Each process is chosen with you, based on what your teams report.
A report every month
It sets out what was delivered, and we choose what comes next together. With Full Power, a monthly review with the managing director is added.
A tool people actually use
A tool only pays off if it is used. We measure real usage, and adjust until your teams adopt it.
A hosting example
For the medical biologists' union, whose Ezmlm mailing lists were being blocked by Gmail and Outlook, we set up a dedicated server running Mailman 3. It has been running since July 2026, and we maintain it.
